TERMS AND SERVICES

I. PERMISSIONS AND COPYRIGHT
1. As the artist, I retain every right to my artwork, which means I may:
• Upload it to any social media, gallery, and portfolio.
• Use the image to promote myself.
• Record videos (speedpaints) and upload them.
• Retain the right to refuse a commission.2. As a commissioner, you may:
• Repost the image to any of your social media with visible credit, preferably direct links/@'s to my profile. My username is @acoraxia on Instagram, Tumblr, and Twitch, so credit me accordingly.
• Use it to decorate your profiles (Twitter, Instagram, Twitch, etc.), avatars, banners, wallpapers, etc.
• Modify, edit, copy or trace my artwork without my permission and use it privately, for example, device wallpapers, art practice, personal room decor, etc.3. You may not:
• Claim my artwork as yours or say you made it.
• Modify, edit, copy or trace my artwork without my permission and post it publicly.
• Buy, sell or trade it as an NFT or involving any other sort of cryptocurrency, regardless of whether it is a commercial order or not.II. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION
1. Discussion of commissions can be conducted via these methods:

• Email: [email protected]2. The client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference.
Please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character. If you can't find a pose reference, a stick figure drawn by you can be of huge help! :)III. PAYMENT/PROCESS INFORMATION
1. Payment in USD through PayPal or CashApp2. Payment must be made upfront. Payment plans can be discussed + full upfront payments are always welcome!3. Let me know when payments have been sent. I will not start the artwork until I've received the due payments, regardless of the deadline.4. If you sent the payment as "Goods and Services", Paypal requires you to confirm you've received the "item". Be mindful that the payment will remain on hold until you've specified this to Paypal.IV. REFUND POLICY
1. The client reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation. Refunds will be given based on how much work is done.

• line work and color: 50%2. If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, the client will receive a full refund.3. No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.4. If I, the artist, cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.V. WORKFLOW PROCESS
1. Time of completion may vary. If you have a deadline for the artwork, please let me know at least two weeks prior. Artwork due in one week from request will include a 50% penalty fee. I will not accept your commission if I am given less than a week of time. Exceptions can be made based on complexity of piece.2. Please be mindful that I have a life apart from art, and your commission may be delayed due to school or personal life. My schoolwork and personal life takes up a lot of my time. Please respect that I WILL take breaks from work by drawing and posting fanart/personal work in between commissions.3. Any major changes or revisions must be made at the sketch approval stage.This includes any significant changes to a character’s pose, clothes, body shape, expression, or redrawing parts of the image. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.Not all changes are major, so don't hesitate to let me know if you'd like something altered or fixed!4. If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.

Title Commission emails as "Commission_YourName".Progress shots are available upon Request. A progress sketch is default, but I will send further progress shots as well.
